Watcha GOT Electrical
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Watcha GOT Electrical ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit https://watchagotelectrical.com/, request an estimate, purchase electrical services, communicate with us, or enroll in our text or email communications.
1. Information we collect
• Contact and property information: your name, phone number, email address, billing address, service or project address, and preferred contact method.
• Service and transaction information: electrical service requests, estimates, contracts, appointments, invoices, payment status, service history, and project details, plans, or photographs you provide or that we collect while performing your work.
• Communications and preferences: messages, emails, text messages, call details, customer service notes, and records of your consent, communication preferences, and opt-out requests. If a call is recorded, we provide notice and obtain consent when required.
• Website information: IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, pages viewed, and interactions with our website, collected through cookies or similar technologies.
We receive information directly from you, automatically through your use of our website, and from people you authorize, such as your property manager or general contractor, and providers supporting our services. Payment processors may collect payment details under their own privacy notices; we may receive transaction confirmations and related billing information. Please do not send full card numbers, passwords, or sensitive personal information by ordinary text message or email.
2. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries; prepare and follow up on requested estimates; schedule and complete electrical services; communicate about appointments, work, invoices, and support; process payments; maintain service and warranty records; improve our website and operations; prevent fraud and misuse; and comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.
We send promotional text messages only with your separate express written consent and marketing emails only when you have opted in. We also use consent and suppression records to honor your choices and prevent unwanted communications. Requesting an estimate or purchasing services does not by itself enroll you in promotional texts or marketing emails.
3. Text messaging and consent records
If you opt in, we may send service-related SMS/MMS messages about your inquiry, requested estimate, appointments, scheduling, project, billing, or customer support. Promotional texts, such as special offers or service advertisements, require a separate marketing opt-in. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
We may retain your phone number, consent date and source, the disclosure you accepted, and your opt-out history. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us using Section 12. See our SMS Terms & Conditions for additional details.

Privacy Policy
4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information or provide customer contact lists to other companies for their independent marketing. We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here:
• Business service providers: contact, project, transaction, communication, and website information with providers supporting scheduling, customer management, messaging, email, payment processing, hosting, analytics, security, and records management. Providers acting on our behalf may use it only to perform their contracted services and must protect it.
• Project participants: relevant contact, property, and project information with authorized subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, utilities, or other parties needed to perform your requested work.
• Legal and professional purposes: relevant records with legal, accounting, insurance, or other advisers, or authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security.
• Business changes: relevant business records in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of the business, subject to applicable law and the privacy and consent restrictions described here.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers that help deliver or administer our messaging program and are restricted from using it for their own marketing, or where disclosure is required by law. The other sharing categories above do not authorize sharing SMS opt-in data or consent for marketing purposes.
5. Email communications and marketing choices
We may email you about inquiries, estimates you request, appointments, work, receipts, invoices, or other service matters. Separately, if you opt in, we may send marketing emails about offers and electrical services. Consent to email marketing does not authorize promotional texts, and SMS consent does not automatically enroll you in marketing email.
You can stop marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or emailing ericw.wgelectrical@gmail.com. We process unsubscribe requests promptly and no later than 10 business days. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not prevent necessary nonpromotional emails about an existing transaction, service, or your request. We may retain minimal contact information on a suppression list to honor your unsubscribe request.
6. Cookies, analytics, and outside services
Our website may use cookies and similar tools for basic functionality, security, and website analytics. These tools may collect the website information described in Section 1. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect website features. Where additional consent or an opt-out mechanism is legally required, we provide the applicable choice.
Third-party features or destinations, such as maps, social media, payment pages, or external booking services, may process information under their own privacy notices. Review those notices before using those services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independently operated websites.

Privacy Policy
7. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, transmission, or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for services, warranties, accounting, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and legitimate business records. Retention depends on the information and purpose. Consent records and limited opt-out records may be retained to document permissions and honor your choices. When information is no longer needed, we delete, deidentify, or otherwise dispose of it securely, subject to lawful backup and recordkeeping needs.
8. Your privacy choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to obtain a portable copy, opt out of a sale or targeted advertising, or object to certain profiling. These rights are subject to legal exceptions and the law’s applicability to our business.
Submit requests by emailing ericw.wgelectrical@gmail.com or calling (254) 477-5900. We may verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority before disclosing or changing records. We do not require an account to submit a request or discriminate for exercising applicable privacy rights. We may retain information needed for legal, security, transaction, or other permitted purposes.
Where the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies, we respond within 45 days and may extend by another 45 days when permitted, with notice and an explanation. If we deny your request, you may appeal through the same email or phone number; please identify it as a Privacy Appeal. We respond to an appeal within 60 days. If the appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General at https://www.texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection/file-consumer-complaint.
9. Children’s privacy
Our website, electrical services, and marketing programs are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.
10. Project photos, testimonials, and public content
We may use project photos and related records to estimate, document, and complete electrical work. This policy does not give us permission to publicly use an identifiable customer’s name, image, private property details, or testimonial for advertising. We obtain any additional permission required before that use. Information you independently post on a public review or social media platform is subject to that platform’s practices.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy and will show the revised date on the posted version. We provide additional notice or obtain new consent when required by law. Updating this policy or your continued use of our website does not itself constitute consent to promotional texts, marketing email, or a materially different use requiring consent.

Watcha GOT Electrical
SMS Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 13, 2026
1. Program description
Watcha GOT Electrical offers SMS/MMS communications for customers and people who inquire about electrical services. Service messages may include replies to your inquiry, follow-ups about an estimate you requested, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling notices, project updates, billing notices, and customer support. Promotional messages about offers or electrical services are sent only if you separately opt in to marketing texts.
2. Consent and enrollment
You may enroll through a clearly disclosed opt-in on our website or another documented consent process. A text you initiate allows us to respond to that inquiry; it does not automatically enroll you in recurring promotions. Merely providing a phone number or agreeing to a privacy policy does not constitute promotional SMS consent.
By affirmatively selecting the promotional text consent, you electronically agree to receive recurring marketing SMS/MMS from Watcha GOT Electrical at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. Consent is not required to purchase goods or services. You may request services without joining either text program. You confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the number and can give consent for it.
3. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your inquiries, appointments, projects, and the programs you select. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Contact your carrier about charges. We do not charge a separate fee for enrolling in our text program.
4. Opting out and enrolling again
Reply STOP to any program message to cancel. We also honor other clear requests to stop, including requests made by phone or email. After an opt-out, we stop our program texts to that number and may send one nonpromotional confirmation. We process requests promptly and within applicable legal deadlines. Opting out does not cancel an appointment, contract, or payment obligation.
To resume texts, complete a new opt-in through our sign-up process or contact us for help. A new service-text opt-in does not by itself restore marketing consent. Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned. We may communicate about your services by another permitted method after SMS opt-out.
5. Help, contact, and delivery
Reply HELP for assistance, call (254) 477-5900, or email ericw.wgelectrical@gmail.com. Delivery is subject to carrier coverage, network conditions, and device compatibility. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mail: Watcha GOT Electrical, 994 County Road 262, Breckenridge, TX 76424. Text messaging is not an emergency service; call 911 for immediate danger.
6. Privacy and changes
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. The Privacy Policy above explains limited service-provider and legally required disclosures and how we handle customer information. Changes to these terms will be posted with a revised date. We obtain fresh consent when required; an update alone does not expand your messaging consent.

Website consent wording
Place beside the relevant form fields and above the submit button.
Use three separate, optional checkboxes. Leave each unchecked by default. A customer must be able to submit a service request without selecting any marketing or SMS checkbox. Turn the words “Privacy Policy” and “SMS Terms & Conditions” below into working links to your published pages.

Messages may use automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. I agree to the SMS Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Checkbox 2 | Promotional texts

Publication & implementation notes
For the business and website administrator; do not publish this section as part of the policy.
Confirm before publication
• Identity: the supplied website uses “Watcha GOT Electrical.” BBB lists “Watcha Got Electrical, LLC.” Confirm the exact legal entity and any DBA, especially if the policy will also cover Whatcha Got Services or another domain. Match your SMS registration and sender identity.
• Contacts: the website footer lists ericw.wgelectrical@gmail.com; BBB lists (254) 477-5900 and 994 County Road 262, Breckenridge, TX 76424. Confirm the email is monitored and the address is a current mailing address. The policy uses these details provisionally.
• Actual data practices: confirm the CRM, texting/email providers, payment tools, call recording, photos, retention, analytics, tracking pixels, remarketing, and advertising audience uploads. The no-sale statement and restricted provider use must be true. This draft does not authorize behavioral advertising or customer-list uploads to ad platforms. If used, add accurate disclosures and required opt-outs, consent controls, and browser opt-out signal handling before launch.
Website and messaging setup
• Publish a business-specific policy. The existing site footer links to a prosite.prophone.com privacy page. Suggested new locations are /privacy-policy/ and /sms-terms-conditions/ on watchagotelectrical.com; these are proposed paths, not verified live pages. If publishing separately, replace “Privacy Policy above” in the SMS terms with the actual policy link.
• Link both pages in the website footer and beside every SMS enrollment form. Confirm your provider accepts variable message frequency; if it requires a maximum, choose an accurate maximum and apply it consistently to the terms, forms, and sending system.
• Record each consent separately: number or email, date/time, source form or keyword, exact disclosure/version, affirmative selection, and opt-out history. Keep records according to a documented retention schedule. Do not infer marketing permission from a purchase, an estimate request, or a prior customer relationship.
• Test STOP, HELP, other clear stop requests, and fresh opt-in. Synchronize suppression across staff, campaigns, and vendors. Do not bypass an opt-out by changing sending numbers. The draft promises to stop all program texts after STOP; configure your system accordingly.
• Register the business, sending numbers, campaign, and opt-in flow with your messaging provider as required. Align sample messages with the actual service and marketing uses. A privacy policy alone does not obtain consent or ensure carrier approval.
• Marketing emails need accurate sender information and subject lines, clear commercial identification where required, the current postal address, and an easy unsubscribe process. Keep the mechanism working for at least 30 days after sending and honor requests within 10 business days. Monitor agencies sending on your behalf.
• Have counsel check federal and Texas marketing requirements, including applicable consent, do-not-call rules, sending hours, telemarketing registration/exemptions, and the reach of Texas privacy law. Confirm policy commitments are implemented. This draft is not a certification of legal compliance.
